3、ict,theSharedParkingstrategyundertheCompactCitytheoryisproposed.Firstly,theparkingpoliciesinsomeadvancedcountriessuchastheUSAandJapanarereviewed,theadvantagesanddisadvantagesofeachpolicyareshowed.TheninsequencethereiscloserelationshipbetweenthechangingoftheU
4、SAparkingpoliciesandthechangingofmodernurbanplanningthought.Aconclusionisgiven:theparkingpolicieswereadaptedtotheurbanplanningthoughtanddevelopingmode,greatthoughtbringsustainabledevelopment.Secondly,theparkingpoliciesandpresentsituationisproposed,thereareso
5、meproblemssuchastheunequilibriumofparkingsupplyanddemand.Afterthat,theCompactCitytheorywhichispopularinEuropeandAmericanissuggested;thebackgroundandthebasicthoughtofitanditsadoptioninChinaurbanplanningareallexpatiated.Thirdly，basedontheadvancedparkingpolicie
