3、eration.Theconstruction,set-up,supervisionandmaintenanceofgaspressureregulatingstationsaresubjecttospecialtechnicalruleswhichshouldbestrictlyobserved,inparticularthosegivenbytheDVGWWorksheetsG490,G491,andG495.ThefrequencyofperiodicalmaintenancetobeforeseenforthepilotRMG630ashould

4、bedeterminedaccordingtotheprevailingserviceconditionsandthetypeandcompositionofthegaseousmedium.We,therefore,abstainfromimposinganyfixedintervalsandwouldratherreferyoutotherecommendationsgivenbytheDVGWWorksheetG495.Formaintenanceallpartsaretobecleanedandsubjectedtoathoroughvisual

5、inspection.Avisualinspectionshouldnotbeomittedwhenthecourseofoperationorperformancetestshaveshownlackofregulatingaccuracy.Particularcareshouldbegiventothecheckingofsealingsanddiaphragms,aswellasofallcarryingandmovableparts.Damagedpartsshouldbereplacedbynewones.Theitemnumbersrefer

6、redtointhemaintenanceinstructionsareidenticalwiththoseofsparepartsdrawingsandsparepartslists.Werecommendtokeepallpartsthatarespeciallymarkedinthesparepartslistsinstockforpromptmaintenanceavailability.2.SpecialOperatingInstructions2.1Start-upvalveDependingonsize,thegaspressureregu
