3、touching.Adoptingthissysteminbeerbottleinspectioncanovercometheweaknessofhumaneyesandimproveautomationlevelandproductivitygreatly.Toinspectbeerbotleonassemblyline,theinspectionsystemmustbecapapleofprocessingvisionimageinreal-time.DigitalSignalProcessorisabletomatchthisdamandwell.Themajo
4、rcontributionsinthisdissertationareasfollows:Anemptybotlevisioninspectionsystemisdesigned,focusingonthecharacteristicsofbeerbotleinspectionandtheactualrequirementsofproduction.CCDtechnology,opticstechnology,controltechnologyandrealtimeimageprocessingtechnologyareemployedinthedesigntogua
5、ranteeaccuracyandinspectionspeed.ArealtimeimageprocessingsystembasedonDSPhasbeendeveloped.ThesystemcanbeusedinmanyvisionsystemswiththestructureofDSP+CPLD.InPCBdesign,thelayouttechniqueofhighfrequencyisadoptedtopreventthepotentialEMCproblems.ThesoftwaredesignofDSPisaccomplished,focusingo
6、nthedemandofinspectionandthecharacteristicofDSP.Thestorageandtransferofimagedataarediscussed,whichmadethesystemcapableofprocessingmassdatarealtimewithlimitedhardwareresource.FlexiblesettingofinterruptandDMAisadoptedinthesoftwaredesign,whichimprovestheefficiencyofdatatransferandperforman
