1、厦门大学硕士学位论文雍正朝禁赌研究姓名：冀伟申请学位级别：硕士专业：专门史指导教师：钞晓鸿20090501中文摘要赌博乃社会痼疾，向为人们所诟病，亦为官府所遏制。清代禁赌的规定措施相对完备，雍正时期对此也比较重视。本文通过对雍正朝禁赌的考察，进而探讨雍正本人的施政风格。全文基本结构与内容如下：绪论阐述选题缘由，进行学术史回顾，提出研究的基本思路、资料与方法。第一章明代至清初的赌博及禁赌。考察明代至清代雍正之前的赌博概况，分析官府对赌博的态度及其采取的措施。第二章雍正朝的禁赌。梳理雍正朝禁赌的法令、规定与措施，探讨该时期的禁赌状

2、况及其原因。第三章地方官员对禁赌的执行与讨论。根据朱批奏折等史料，考察各地官员对禁赌的讨论与执行，进而分析雍正本人对于禁赌的思想变化。第四章禁赌的成效。利用奏折等史料，分析雍正朝禁赌的成效，并以此分析雍正本人的为政风格。最后总结全文并提出若干思考。本文从禁赌措施及其若干实施状况来研究雍正时期的禁赌及其成效，在此基础上，文章认为：雍正禁赌所体现的为政风格并不仅仅是“严猛”，更多地表现为宽严相济、务实灵活。关键词：雍正；禁赌；风格雍正朝禁赌研究AbstractGamblingisregardedasapertinaciousill
