2、部受力的不均匀性。试验及分析表明:随加载的增大,群钉根部应力分布从上往下由马鞍形变为逐排递减;同排焊钉边缘的应力比内部大,不均匀受力相差均在5%以内;与焊钉接触混凝土局部受力呈现上下两排大、中间两排最小的规律,最大受力差值超出509/6。群钉效应使焊钉承载力折减约5,单钉平均受力大于按多个国家规范计算的焊钉抗剪极限承载力,在正常使用状态设计时应按局部混凝土的极限强度控制,焊钉的抗剪承载力约为极限承载力的3O%。关键词:焊钉;群钉;剪力键;推出试验;非线性;塑性应变;抗剪承载力;有限元法中图分类号:TU398.9文献标志码:APush-
