1、西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文第1页摘要博士研究生教育是我国最高层次的学历教育，培养具有科研能力的高层次人才，是时代赋予研究生培养单位和研究生教育者的使命与责任。博士研究生科研能力如何是检验研究生教育质量的核心和关键。因此，博士研究生科研能力评价理论和方法是近年来国内外所共同关注的一个重要的研究课题。本文在界定博士研究生科研能力相关概念和分析博士研究生科研特点的基础上，介绍了博士研究生科研能力评价指标体系和评价方法。首先，在借鉴现有研究成果的同时，结合对国内专家的调查、访谈，从学习能力、科研实践能力和科研创新能力三个

2、大的方面得到初步指标体系。然后针对初步指标体系，按经管、文、理、工四类进行问卷调查，对调查的结果进行统计、分析，根据分析结果对指标体系进行修正，得出最终指标体系。接着，利用层次分析法确定权重体系，并分别对四类博士研究生之间及博士研究生与导师之间进行对比分析。最后，引入正交投影法建立综合评价模型。针对目前我国博士研究生科研能力培养现状，分析原因，找出关键影响因素，提出政策建议。博士研究生科研能力的培养是一个系统工程，必须把教育理念与教育实践紧密结合起来，通过更新研究生教育观念、改革研究生教育培养过程、加强制度建设、构建
