3、rformanceisbeneficialfortaskperfor-mance.Similarly,macro-levelresearchershavesuggestedthatorganizationsneedtoattendto,monitor,andrespondtocontingenciesintheirenvironmentsforadaptiveperformancetobebeneficialforfirmperformance.Drawingfromtheattention-basedtheoryofthefirmandresourceth
