4、izationsinastateofconfusion,socialorganizationmanagementsystemoftherelevantpoliciesandregulations,legalsystemisnotperfect,thesocialorganizationofthespaceisstillverylimitedautonomy,autonomousself-regulationabilityisveryweak.Inviewofthis,thesocialorganizationandmanagemen
5、tsystemtoreformtrainofthoughtanddirectionmainlyfocusesonthefollowingaspects:oneisthereformofdoublemanagementsystem,itissocialorganizationmanagementsystemreformmaintask,twoistoimprovethemanagementofsocialorganizationlegalsystemandtheinstitutionalframework,thethreeistheg
