1、摘要农村生态环境问题一直是我国的热点问题，农村生态环境相比于城市更具脆弱性和不稳定性，相对治理难度更大。近些年我国各地逐渐开始重视农村生态环境的发展，改善农村生态环境迫在眉睫。涿州市作为一个正在高速发展中的县级市，它的农村环境是否顺应农村经济发展的需要，当前涿州市的农村生态环境还存在哪些弊端，如何解决这些弊端，使农村生态环境能顺应农业生产和乡镇企业的发展，而不是遏制农村的经济发展，是本文所研究的目的。本文以可持续发展理论和外部效应理论为依据，以涿州市农村经济发展、农药化肥使用情况和空气质量情况为切入点，采用文献分析法、规范分析和实证分析的方法，查找了农业污染、工业污染及农村居民生活
2、污染等相关问题，并从政府角度、乡镇企业角度、农村村民自身这三个角度剖析了涿州市农村生态环境问题的原因，最终提出了相应的解决对策。本文不仅丰富了涿州市在推进社会主义新农村建设和美丽乡村建设过程中的理论素材，而且为改善农村生态环境，恢复环境承载力，实现涿州市农村经济又好又快发展提供了借鉴作用。关键词：涿州市；农村；生态环境；环境治理AbstractTheproblemofruralecologicalenvironmenthasalwaysbeenahotissuestudiedbyChinesescholars.Theruralecologicalenvironmentismorev
