1、天津财经大学硕士学位论文山东省产业结构优化升级研究姓名：张萍申请学位级别：硕士专业：区域经济学指导教师：梁燕君20090501内容摘要区域经济在我国经济发展过程中具有极为重要的作用，而影响区域经济发展有多种因素，如地理环境、城市作用、自然资源、产业状况等。在产业状况因素中，其中产业结构的变化在一定区域的经济发展中起到十分重要的作用。针对这一问题，本文以山东省产业结构为研究对象，通过对山东省三次产业结构演变过程、特点及现状的详细分析，提出了具有针对性的促进山东省产业结构优化升级的战略措施．按照上述逻辑思路，文章结构安排共分成四章。第一章为导论，简要介绍了文章研究的目的、意义，基本思路、研究方法

2、，同时简单概况了国内外学者在不同时期对产业结构演进理论的不同观点；第二章介绍了文章中主要涉及的产业、产业结构、产业结构优化升级及区域产业结构演进等相关概念及理论；第三章主要通过与广东省产业结构的比较，分析了山东省产业结构的现状及存在的问题，如产业结构层级低，工业结构明显“轻采型”，第三产业增长主要依靠传统产业等问题；同时还从能源消耗及区域产业结构平衡两个角度对山东省产业结构做了简单分析；第四章是文章的重点，针对山东省产业结构中存在的问题提出几点战略措施，试图通过加快高新技术产业的发展能减缓上述几个主要问题；另外，运用可持续发展及区域平衡发展的理念帮助解决能源消耗及区域产业结构中存在的一些问题
