2、动控制系统、通信工程、给排水工程、供电工程、供热与暖通工程、总图运输与建筑物、组织机构与劳动定员、生产维修及巡护工程、节能、HSE管理、费用估算等16方面的内容。其中着重对油气集输管网和集中处理站进行了设计。集输系统布站方案选取了将一级半布站与一级布站相结合的布站方式,有效地减少了投资及运行成本,提高了运行效率。在集油工艺方面,选用及校核了不加热自然集油工艺,大大降低了热能损耗及其它方面的损耗。集中处理站设计中,原油脱水流程利用HNS-Ⅰ型高效三相分离器将高含水原油三段脱水简化为两段脱水,简化了相应流程,降低了设备投资。其中将电脱水器排出的热水与油水混合物在进

3、HNS-Ⅰ分离器前回掺,提高了油水混合物温度,为之后分离沉降提供良好的条件,有效地降低了能量损耗。此外,将分离出的油田伴生气外输至凝析气田厂进行处理,节省了相关部分投资。本次设计采用全密闭集输处理流程,使油气集输密闭率达到100%。在污水处理与回注系统中,使含油污水回注率与处理率均达到100%,可达到国内高效油气集输与处理系统相关指标的先进水平。此外,在节能方面,提出了因地制宜得使用沙漠地区的太阳能、风能等自然资源的方案,可提高能源利用率。目录第1章总论······················································
