4、sedplanttissue.Theprobeseasilydistinguishedthesepathogensfromeachotherwithoutcrossreaction.ThicknessoftheagaroselayerandlengthofthesampleDNAwereimportantfactorsaVectinghybridizationeYciencyofimmobilizedprobetoPCRproduct.ThesefactorsdidnotaVecthybridizationwithshortcomplementaryoligonu
