4、om.Ourgriefhasturnedtoanger,andangertoresolution.Whetherwebringourenemiestojustice,orbringjusticetoourenemies,justicewillbedone.OnSeptembertheeleventh,enemiesoffreedomcommittedanactofwaragainstourcountry.Americanshaveknownwars--butforthepast136years,theyhavebeenwarsonforeignsoil,exceptforoneSunda
5、yin1941.Americanshaveknownthecasualtiesofwar--butnotatthecenterofagreatcityonapeacefulmorning.Americanshaveknownsurpriseattacks--butneverbeforeonthousandsofcivilians.Allofthiswasbroughtuponusinasingleday--andnightfellonadifferentworld,aworldwherefreedomitselfisunderattack.Americanshavemanyquestio
