2、sMakino)为试材,研究不同短截程度对苹果树体内源激素含量变化的影响。结果表明,不同短截处理均降低了植株茎尖、细根内吲哚乙酸(IAA)含量。春梢开始生长期茎尖脱落酸(ABA)含量重短截>中短截>轻短截,分别为224.85、204.95和189.16ng/g,FW,重短截与对照处理间差异不显著。春梢旺长期和春梢缓长期4个处理茎尖及细根ABA含量呈重短截>中短截>轻短截>对照的趋势。不同处理间植株茎尖、细根中赤霉素(GA)、玉米素核苷(ZR)含量变化不显著。在整个春梢生长期,4个处理下茎尖和细根的(IAA+GA
