1、辽宁中医杂志2015年第42卷第3期·593·DOI∶10．13192/j．issn．1000-1719．2015．03．061电针夹脊穴为主治疗腰椎管狭窄症疗效观察黄史乐(成都中医药大学附属医院，四川成都610072)摘要:目的:观察电针夹脊穴同普通针刺法治疗椎管狭窄症(LSS)疗效差异。方法:将LSS患者随机分为电针治疗组(32例)和普通针刺治疗组(32例)。两组均选腰夹脊、腰阳关、阳陵泉、地机、悬钟、委中、承山穴，治疗组采用电针夹脊穴位，对照组采用普通针刺。两组均1次/d，5次为1个疗程，共治疗3个疗程。比较两组LSS症状体征、脊髓功能状态及临床疗效。结果:组内比较，治疗后
