3、ticdeformationofthealloyswasstudiedbyTEMassociatedwiththeanalysisofRosler-Artzphysicalconstitutiverelationshipbasedonthemodelofdislocationdetachingfromdispersionparticles.TheresultsshowthatAl-Fe-V-Sialloyhaslowstrainhardeningcoefficient,andevenexhibitsworksoftening.Stressexponentnanda

4、ctivationenergyQwerecalculatedbasedonZener-HollomonrelationandRosler-Artzphysicalmodelrespectively.TheRosler-ArtzphysicalmodelcangiveagoodpredictionfortheabnormalbehaviorofhightemperaturedeformationofspraydepositedAl-Fe-V-Sialloy,thatis,nlargerthan8andQhigherthan142kJ/mol.However,beca
