6、urfamiliesandcommunitiesarestronger.Thirty-fivemillionAmericanshaveusedthefamilyleavelaw.Eightmillionhavemovedoffwelfare.Crimeisata25-yearlow.Over10millionAmericansreceivemorecollegeaid,andmorepeoplethaneveraregoingtocollege.Ourschoolsarebetter--higherstandards,greateraccountabi
7、lityandlargerinvestmentshavebroughthighertestscores,andhighergraduationrates.Morethanthreemillionchildrenhavehealthinsurancenow,andmorethan7millionAmericanshavebeenliftedoutofpoverty.Incomesarerisingacrosstheboard.Ourairandwaterarecleaner.Ourfoodanddrinkingwateraresafer.Andmoreo
