1、洛阳理工学院毕业设计(论文)PEF800×1000复摆颚式破碎机整体结构和动鄂部设计摘要目前,国内外使用的颚式破碎机种类很多,复摆颚式破碎机结构简单,质量较轻,构件较少,结构更紧凑,生产率高,操作和维修方便等优点,所以在物料破碎作业中运用最广泛的仍然是复摆颚式破碎机。我设计了复摆颚式破碎机PEF800×1000(E:颚;P:破;F:复;800×1000:进料口宽度×长度),其工作原理是:电机驱动皮带,通过皮带轮带动偏心轴旋转。动颚与偏心轴相连,当偏心轴旋转时,动颚随之上下往复运动。当动颚向上运动时,肘板与动颚夹角变大,肘板推使动颚向前运动而靠近
2、定颚,致使物料被挤压碾碎。当动颚向下运动时,肘板与动颚夹角变小,通过拉杆与弹簧装置,动颚离开定颚,物料被排排卸出去,从而达到连续生产的目的。设计内容主要包括了复摆颚式破碎机的动颚、偏心轴、皮带轮、动颚齿板、机架等一些重要部件;另外对颚式破碎机的工作原理及特点和主要部件作了介绍,包括保险装置、调整装置、机架结构、润滑装置等;同时对机器参数(主轴转速、生产能力、破碎力、功率等)作了计算,保证了安全的要求。关键词:颚式破碎机,工作原理,动颚。8洛阳理工学院毕业设计(论文)THEDESIGNOFPEF800X1000COMPOUNDPENDULUMJA
