1、洛阳理工学院毕业设计（论文）PEF800×1000复摆颚式破碎机整体结构和动鄂部设计摘要目前，国内外使用的颚式破碎机种类很多,复摆颚式破碎机结构简单，质量较轻，构件较少，结构更紧凑，生产率高，操作和维修方便等优点，所以在物料破碎作业中运用最广泛的仍然是复摆颚式破碎机。我设计了复摆颚式破碎机PEF800×1000（E：颚；P：破；F:复；800×1000：进料口宽度×长度），其工作原理是：电机驱动皮带，通过皮带轮带动偏心轴旋转。动颚与偏心轴相连，当偏心轴旋转时，动颚随之上下往复运动。当动颚向上运动时，肘板与动颚夹角变大，肘板推使动颚向前运动而靠近
2、定颚，致使物料被挤压碾碎。当动颚向下运动时，肘板与动颚夹角变小，通过拉杆与弹簧装置，动颚离开定颚，物料被排排卸出去，从而达到连续生产的目的。设计内容主要包括了复摆颚式破碎机的动颚、偏心轴、皮带轮、动颚齿板、机架等一些重要部件；另外对颚式破碎机的工作原理及特点和主要部件作了介绍，包括保险装置、调整装置、机架结构、润滑装置等；同时对机器参数（主轴转速、生产能力、破碎力、功率等）作了计算，保证了安全的要求。关键词：颚式破碎机，工作原理，动颚。8洛阳理工学院毕业设计（论文）THEDESIGNOFPEF800X1000COMPOUNDPENDULUMJA
