1、毕业设计机用虎钳逆向设计及运动仿真机械工程系张晋红102011409学生姓名:学号:机械设计制造及其自动化系部:张爱荣专业:指导教师:二○一四年六月诚信声明本人郑重声明:本设计及其研究工作是本人在指导教师的指导下独立完成的,在完成设计时所利用的一切资料均已在参考文献中列出。本人签名:年月日机用虎钳逆向设计及运动仿真摘要:逆向工程作为近年来迅速发展的快速设计制造技术的重要分支,可大大缩短产品制造周期,因而在制造领域得到了广泛的应用。本文通过研究机用虎钳的逆向设计过程,来了解逆向工程的概念、方法以及逆向设计的整个工作流程。具体过程是通过采用三坐标测量机对机用虎钳
2、进行测量扫描,建立机用虎钳的三维模型;然后根据机用虎钳的原始模型来进行改良,对产生问题的模型进行直接的修改和分析;然后再根据修正后的模型通过PRO/E软件绘制出最终的三维模型,并采用PRO/E对模型进行运动仿真,最后绘制机用虎钳的装配图和零件图,此方法有效地解决了机用虎钳难以精确测量的问题。与传统的正向设计方法相比,该方法提高了工作效率,缩短了新产品的开发周期。关键词:逆向工程,PROE,建模,运动仿真ReversedesignandmovementsimulationofmachineviceAbstract:Asanimportantbranchof r
