1、论文样本毕业论文（设计）题目：小议企业财务风险管理院系：商学院专业：注会姓名：王树建指导教师：完成日期：摘要改革开放以后，我国确立了市场经济,并且伴随着不断发展全球经济一体化，风险开始出现。企业内部财务环境发生急剧变化，我国企业面临的财务风险越来越复杂，与此同时财务风险将来可能对我国企业造成的危害也与日俱增。这诚然已经成为我国大多数企业越来越关注的一个急待解决的难题。这不仅要求在企业经营决策中要包含经济性、收益性的考虑,而且要将风险性的考虑加入其中。我国风险管理理论和财务风险管理研究是始于上世纪八十年代,从目前来看,国内尚没有专门针对我国自身经济状况的量身订造的完善的
2、相关风险理论,进而指导企业的稳步的经营。因此借鉴西方的实践经验、风险理论,不盲目引进，从国内企业自身的实际出发,研究企业财务风险管理，提高企业对风险的认识,降低经营可能遇到的风险势在必行。本文从财务风险的基础理论出发,对风险理论中所涉及的关于风险、财务风险、财务风险管理定义进行了系统的概括和阐述；对国内的财务风险管理现状进行描述；对企业财务风险成因作了深入、全面的分析,分别从自然、社会、市场和内部因素入手分析企业财务风险的产生的原因。从提高企业财务风险意识、完善企业的财务风险管理制度、现金预算控制管理、推进财务管理信息化、全面提高财务人员的水平五个方面来完善企业的财务
