1、万方数据2009年6月护理学报June,2009第16卷第6A期JournalofNurging(China)V01.16No.6A29【护理教育】培养人际沟通能力增强护生就业竞争力刘岩(安徽医学高等专科学校,安徽合肥230601)【摘要】目的通过培养护理专业学生(简称护生)的人际沟通能力,以增强护生就业竞争力。方法选择2005级99名护理专业大专生,以随机方式分为试验组和对照组,试验组54名护生在原有教学课程基础上增加“与陌生人沟通训练项目”、“即兴3rain演讲”、模拟招聘会面试现场、到敬老院参加“献爱心”等活动,而对照组45名护生仅采用传统教学方法,经过2年的培训后,对两组护
