3、hrespecttoexternaldisturbances(notnecessarilywithrespecttotheerrorthatwillcomefromtheinterval(MATI)sothattheclosedloopremainsstablewhennetworkimplementation),thenthesamecontrollerwillachievesomecontrolandsensorsignalsaretransmittedviathesemi-globalpracticalISSfortheNCSwhenimplementedvianetwork

4、.ThisapproachwasshowntoproducestabilizingthenetworkwithaUGASprotocol.TheadjustableparametercontrollersforlinearNCSin[23]andnonlinearNCSinwithrespecttowhichsemi-globalpracticalISSisachievedistheso-calledmaximalallowabletransferinterval(MATI)[24].Moreover,Lpstabilityofnonlinearsystemswithbetween
