2、II°andIV°hemorrhoidsfromAnus-intestinesDepartmentofTeachingHospitalofChengduUniversityofT.C.Mmeetingtheinclusioncriteriawereselectedandrandomlydividedintotwogroups,40caseseachinthetreatmentgroupandthecontrolgroup.Thetreatmentgroupwereperformedmucosaabo

3、vehemorrhoidtransfixionjointlywithMilligan-Morganhaemorrhoidectomy;thecontrolgroupwereperformedMilligan-Morganhaemorrhoidectomy.Operationtime,intraoperativebloodloss,postoperativecomplications,operationeffectsandotherswereobservedbetweenthetreatmentgro

4、upandthecontrolgroup,inordertoverifytheclinicalefficacyandsafetyofmucosaabovehemorrhoidtransfixionjointlywithMilligan-MorganhaemorrhoidectomytotreatIII°andIV°hemorrhoids.Results:Thetwogroupswerecompared:intermsofpostoperativebleeding,therewasasignifica

5、ntdifference(P<0.05);intermsofpostoperativepain,analmarginofedema,rectalbulge,urinaryretention,andhemorrhoidsshedding,therewasnosignificantdifference(P>0.05).Conclusion:TheuseofmucosaabovehemorrhoidtransfixionjointlywithMilligan-Morganhaemorrhoidectomy
