1、化学水水处理操作规程1目的加强化学运行人员的运行操作管理，使其操作达到标准化、规范化、程序化的要求。2适用范围适用于电厂化学设备、操作和管理。3引用标准水利电力部《化学运行规程》。水利电力部《水汽分析试验方法》。4技术要求.软化水5离子交换柱制水设备运行操作5.1.启动检查5.1.1检查制水设备系统具备启动条件检查软水泵、清水泵油位是否符合标准，地脚螺丝应无松动，出入口应开关灵活、压力表齐全，处于备用状态。5.1.2检查现场周围无杂物、塔体无漏水。软水装置内装树脂未失效，仪表指示正常。制水系统的启动5.2投运过滤器，向清水箱灌水。投运软水装置向软水
2、箱供水，运行时注意调整流量，维持软水系统流量平衡，水箱水位保持不超4/5处。5.3机械过滤器的运行操作5.3.1过滤器反洗后，在每次投运前进行正洗，正洗合格后方可运行。开启过滤器正洗排水阀、空气阀后，开过滤器进水阀当空气阀溢水时，关闭空气阀，调整流量，待正洗排水清澈时，正洗合格。5.3.2开过滤器出水阀，关正洗排水向清水箱送水。5.3.3当过滤器出水浑浊时，过滤器已失效，此时应停止运行，关闭进出水阀，进行反洗。5.4过滤器的反洗5.4.1过滤器的反洗操作5.4.1.1定期反洗机械过滤器.5.4.1.2反洗前的检查：检查管网水压在0.6MPa左右，用
