2、实李静书记、朝华市长重要批示和指示精神，扎实抓好我市主汛期防汛减灾工作，下面我讲三点意见。　　一、前期工作扎实有效，值得充分肯定　　自5月进入汛期以来，全市围绕“不决堤、不垮坝、不死人”的防汛减灾总体目标，各区县和市级相关部门积极落实各项防汛减灾举措，没有发生重大汛情和灾情，成效明显，值得充分肯定。主要体现在“三个到位”organizationsystemandworkingmode,theselectionofanumberofmunicipalstrengtheninggrouptobuildinnovationandstrengthentheorganizationofthebas
