1、野生动物引种协议书篇一：人工驯养繁殖野生动物购销合同人工驯养繁殖野生动物购销合同甲方（出售方）：乙方（购买方）：根据公平、公正、合理和《中华人民共和国合同法》等有关法律、法规规定、经甲乙双方协商一致持鉴定本合同。一、内容：甲方向乙方出售人工驯养繁殖的野猪、竹鼠、蛇，货物价格根据送货时市场行情确定。二、交货方式：乙方需要时，应提前一天电话通知甲方，根据乙方电话口头订单送货。三、交货地点：农贸市场。四、付款方式：乙方应每次交易后，一次性将购货款付给甲方，不得拖欠。五、质量要求：质量符合国家质量标准和有关质量要求。六、其他事项：甲方应保证向乙方销售的野生动物应当是人工驯养繁殖的
