3、impactofeachMultipledecisionsmakingisappliedtopreferabledecisionsprojectandespeciallywhenthereismorethanonedecision(suchasassessment,makingpriorityandchoice)betweenmaker.Thispaperconsidersarealapplicationofprojectavailableclassifiedalternativesbymultipleattribute(andselectionfo
4、rTelecommunicationprojectswithusingtheusuallyopposite).[2]Peoplegenerallyuseoneoftwoopinionofexpertsbyoneofthegroupdecisionmakingmodel,1followingmethodsformakingdecision:itiscalledTOPSISmethod.Fourkindsofcriteriaincludequalitative,quantitative,negativeandpositivecriteriahave1-T
5、rial&Errormethodandmodelingmethodbeenconsideredforselectingthebestoneamongstfiveprojects2-Modelingmethodandrankingthem.Wehavealsousedfromthreeexpert’sIntrial&errormethoddecisionmakerfacetherealitysoheopinioninCableNetwork.Finallytheintroducedmethodischoosesoneofalternativesandw
6、itnesstheresults.Ifusedinacasestudy(Telecommunicationsector)andextracteddecisionerrorsaregreatandcausesomeproblems,heresultsfromitareanalyzedfromdifferentpointsofview.changesthedecisionandselectsotheralternative.InmodelingmethoddecisionmakermodelstherealKeywords-projectselectio
