2、eng；Postgraduates:Lumingxiu,Zhouhuamin(BusinessCollegeFinanceofGuangxiUniversity,GuangxiNanning530004)［摘要］近年来广西经济和保险业呈现高速增长的态势，但纵观全国，广西保险业发展水平不仅落后于全国平均水平，而且落后于同为西部少数民族自治区的内蒙、宁夏、新疆。笔者搜集并分析比较了四个少数民族自治区社会、经济、自然条件及保险业发展的相关数据，得出广西保险业在保费收入、尤其在保险深度、密度等方面与其他三自治区存在一定差
3、距，主要是由于经济社会发展相对落后，保险主体相对较少，兼业代理发展相对较慢及保险从业人员数量相对较少等因素的制约。笔者建议：宏观上须从经济社会协调发展、微观上须从保险主体、从业人员、保险市场营销策略创新等方面入手改进，从而确保广西保险业健康快速发展。［关键词］西部民族地区；保险业务；相关比较；创新产品[Abstraction]Inrecentyears,theInsuranceindustryofGuangxidevelopsinarapidspeedduetothefasteconomicdevelopment

5、westernofChina.InordertofindsomeefficientstrategiestopromotetheGuangxiinsuranceindustry,theauthorscollectmanyrelevantdataofthefourregionsaboutthesocialcondition,economicdevelopment,naturalconditionandtheStatusoftheirinsuranceindustrydevelopment.Withcarefulana
6、lysisandcomparison,itisconcludedthattherearedisparitiesinPremiumRevenue,depthofinsurancecombinationandinsurancedensitybetweenGuangxiandanyoftheotherregion.AndtherearemanyfactorswhichshouldtakeintoaccountforthelagoftheGuangxiinsurancedevelopment,suchasthebackw
7、ardnessofsocietyandtheeconomics,thelackoftheinsurancemarketsubject,thegradualdevelopoftheinsurancemarketby-businesssubjectandthelackofthepersonemployedbytheinsurancecompany.TheargumentclaimsthatthebreakthroughpromotionpointsofGuangxiinsurancedevelopmentarethe
