1、GLP-1受体激动剂艾塞那肽对肿瘤细胞增殖迁移的影响张瑞，刘羞菲，王慧，王小翠，童强，郑宏庭（400037重庆，第三军医大学新桥医院内分泌科）[摘要]目的通过体外细胞实验观察GLP-1受体激动剂艾塞那肽对乳腺癌、结肠癌、胰腺癌三种肿瘤细胞增殖迁移的影响。方法选取乳腺癌MDA-MB-231细胞、结肠癌HCT116细胞、胰腺癌HS766T细胞三种肿瘤细胞作为实验研究对象，每种细胞分为对照组、二甲双胍组、艾塞那肽组，利用CCK-8分别检测三种肿瘤细胞各个组别72小时后的增殖能力；利用Transwell小室法观察12小时后三种肿瘤细胞各个组别的迁移能力。结果艾塞那肽组与
2、对照组相比，MDA-MB-231细胞的增殖受到显著抑制（P<0.01），HCT116细胞的增殖受到抑制（P<0.05），而胰腺癌细胞HS766T细胞增殖无影响（P>0.05）。Transwell体外细胞迁移结果显示，艾塞那肽组显著抑制MDA-MB-231细胞迁移（18.10±5.82，P<0.01），抑制HCT116细胞迁移（21.20±5.35，P<0.05），但是艾塞那肽组却显著增加HS766T细胞迁移（165.40±21.66，P<0.01）。结论GLP-1受体激动剂艾塞那肽可以抑制乳腺癌、结肠癌细胞的增殖与迁移，虽没有影响胰腺癌细胞增殖，却促进其迁移，其
