2、onstitutelegalstandards.TheCurrentGoodManufacturingPracticeregulations[21CFR211.194(a)]requirethattestmethods,whichareusedforassessingcomplianceofpharmaceuticalarticleswithestablishedspecifications,mustmeetproperstandardsofaccuracyandreliability.Also,accordingtotheseregulations[21CFR211.194(
3、a)(2)],usersofanalyticalmethodsdescribedinUSP-NFarenotrequiredtovalidatetheaccuracyandreliabilityofthesemethods,butmerelyverifytheirsuitabilityunderactualconditionsofuse.RecognizingthelegalstatusofUSPandNFstandards,itisessential,therefore,thatproposalforadoptionofneworrevisedcompendialanalyt
