6、asedtest(TOEFLiBT)Listeningsectionbyexaminingitsrelationshiptoacriterionmeasuredesignedtoreflectlanguage-usetasksthatuniversitystudentsencounterineverydayacademiclife:listeningtoacademiclectures.Thedesignofthecriterionmeasurewasinformedbystudents’respons
7、estoasurveyonthefrequencyandimportanceofvariousclassroomtasksthatrequireacademiclistening,andtherelationshipofthesetaskstosuccessfulcoursecompletion.Thecriterionmeasureconsistedofthreevideotapedlectures(inphysics,history,andpsychology)andincludedtaskscre
