2、ijing100192,ChinaAbstract:Tothephysicalcircumstancesoftheradialmediumanalysissystemcanbedevelopedtocalculateandanalyzethevoltagedistributioninthespecifiedcity,thispaperpresentsloopcurrentanditseffectbeforetheloopclosingoperation,thepropersolutionsoftheloopclosing
3、operationanalysistheproperdecisionsofdispatcherscanbemucheasiertosystembasingontheanalysisandresearchesofthemake,theequipmentoverloadandprotectiontripscausedbydistributionstructureandtheexistedSCADA/EMSandGIStheloopclosingoperationcanbeavoided,thusthesafetyandsys
4、tems.Thespecificdesigningschemesfortheloopclosingreliableofpowersupplycanbeimproved,andthelossduetooperationanalysissystemaregiven.TheCIMmodelbasedonpoweroutagescanbereduced.IEC61970/61968standardisintroducedtocompletethedataReference[l]introducedthedevelopmentan
