3、ofthelowfrequencyoscillationtheLFOperiods.ZhangandDong[16]hassomesimilar(LFO)period.Andourtestsarecarriedoutintropics.Wealsoresults.TheysuggestthattheseasonalvariationsoftheLFOusesomeotherstatisticalmethodtofindoutthefeaturesofthearemoreintenseinthewesternPacificth

4、anintheIndianseasonalityandthelocalityofLFOperiod.TheresultssuggestOcean.AllofthesepaperstellonethingthattheLFOthatWAprovidesanefficientwaytodiscoverthetemporalsignificantlyvarieswithtimeandspace.variationsofthemeteorologicalsignalsatdifferentscales.Thisisimportant

5、fortheatmosphericstudies.ObviousseasonalTheatmosphericstateisoftendescribedby‘space’andvariationshavebeendetectedinthestudyarea,andthese‘time’atdifferentscales.Spectralanalysisandwaveletseasonalvariationscanbedefinedasfourpatterns.Moreover,transformareoftenappliedt

6、oanalyzethemulti-timescalethevariationsofLFOanditsperiodchangewithspaceinthebehaviorsoftheatmosphereinthetimedomain.Oneofoursameseason.objectivesistointroducethespectralanalysisandWAintostudyingtheseasonalandregionalvariationsofLFO.SectionKeywords-spectralanalysis;
