3、tentialdifference,thebandgapopeningduetobrokenout-of-planeinversionsymmetryoffersnewpossibilitiesofrealizingtunabletopologicalphasetransitionsbyvaryinganexternalgatevoltage.Wefindatwo-dimensionalZ2topologicalinsulatorphaseandaquantumvalleyHallphaseinAB-stackedbilayergrapheneandobtaintheireffectivelow-en
4、ergyHamiltoniansneartheDiracpoints.ForAAstacking,wedonotfindanytopologicalinsulatorphaseinthepresenceoflargeRashbaspin-orbitcoupling.Whentheexchangefieldisalsoturnedon,thebilayersystemexhibitsarichvarietyoftopologicalphasesincludingaquantumanomalousHallphase,andweobtainthephasediagramasafunctionoftheR
