2、refluidcoupledMPMalgorithmbasedonBiot’smixturetheoryisproposedforsolvinghydromechanicalinteractionproblemsthatincludechangesinwatertablelocationwithtime.Theaccuracyoftheproposedmethodisexaminedbycomparingtheresultsofthesimulationofaone-dimensionalconsolidationtestwiththecorrespondinga

3、nalyticalsolution.AsensitivityanalysisoftheMPMparametersusedintheproposedmethodiscarriedoutforexaminingtheeffectofthenumberofparticlespermeshandmeshsizeonsolutionaccuracy.Fordemonstratingthecapabilityoftheproposedmethod,aphysicalmodelexperimentofalarge-scaleleveefailurebyseepageissim
