3、edfiretest.Arealisticsimulationoftheheatingprocesscanbeusefulduringthedesignphaseinordertoreducethenumberofprototypestobeconstructedandtested.Inthiswork,afiniteelementmodelisdevel-opedwiththeaimofcapturingthequalitativebehaviourofthefiredooranditssup

4、portingframe.Twodifferenttypesofthermalanalysisareconsidered:(1)transientanalysisand(2)steady-stateanalysis.Anon-linearmechanicalanalysispredictsthedisplacementfieldthatoccursattheendoftheheatingphase.Theadoptedmodelisvalidatedthroughacomparisonwithe
