2、n-AGS)wasinstalledbytheCabinet.AtthesametimetheCommitteeforthePreventionofDisasters(CommissievoordePreventievanRampen-CPR)wasabolished.CPRissuedseveralpublications,theso-calledCPR-guidelines(CPR-richtlijnen),thatareoftenusedinenvironmentalpermits,basedontheEnviro
3、nmentalProtectionLaw,andinthefieldsofoflaboursafety,transportsafetyandfiresafety.TheCPR-guidelineshavebeentransformedintothePublicationSeriesonDangerousSubstances(PublicatiereeksGevaarlijkeStoffen–PGS).TheaimofthesepublicationsisgenerallythesameasthatoftheCPR-gui
4、delines.AllCPR-guidelineshavebeenreviewed,takingintoaccountthefollowingquestions:1.Istherestillareasonforexistencefortheguidelineorcantheguidelinebeabolished;2.Cantheguidelinebereintroducedwithoutchangesordoesitneedtobeupdated.ThisPGS3editionoftheguidelinesforqua
