4、substanceaddedtofoodinordertochangethefeaturesoffood,suchastheappearance,flavourandthestoragelife.Someofthesearecollectedfromnaturallymaterials;othersareproducedthroughthechemicalindustry.However,thesameaseveryotherconstituentoffood,allofthefoodadditivesarechem
