4、Commerce(ICC)inParisdevelopedINCOTERMS(InternationalCommercialTERMS),asetofuniformrulesortheinterpretationofinternationalcommercialtermsdefiningthecosts,risks,andobligationsofbuyersandsellersininternationaltransactions.Firstpublishedin1936,theseruleshavebeenperiodicallyrevisedtoaccountforchan
