3、nthePeople'sRepublicofChinaproducersfromthePeople'sRepublicofChinawhichwere(‘countryconcerned’),theCommissionhasreceivedarequestnotgrantedmarketeconomytreatmentduringtheinvestigationforreviewpursuanttoArticle11(2)ofCouncilRegulationleadingtothemeasuresinforceonthebasiso

4、fdomesticsales(EC)No1225/2009of30November2009onprotectionpricesinanappropriatemarketeconomycountry,whichisagainstdumpedimportsfromcountriesnotmembersofthementionedinpoint5.1(d).ForthosecompanieswhichwereEuropeanCommunity(2)(‘thebasicRegulation’).grantedmarketeconomytrea

5、tmentduringtheinvestigation,normalvaluehasbeenestablishedonthebasisofaconstructednormalvalueinthePeople'sRepublicofChina.Theallegation1.Requestforreviewofcontinuationofdumpingisbasedonacomparisonofnormalvalue,assetoutintheprecedingsentences,withtheTherequestwaslodgedon6

6、July2010bytheEuropeanexportpricesoftheproductconcernedwhensoldforexporttoChemicalIndustryCouncil(‘CEFIC’)(‘theapplicant’)onbehalftheEuropeanUnion.ofproducersrepresentingamajorproportion,inthiscasemorethan25%oftheUnionproductionoftrichloroisocyanuricacid.Onthisbasis,thed

7、umpingmarginscalculatedaresignificant.2.ProductTheproductunderreviewistrichloroisocyanuricacidandprepTheapplicantfurtherallegesthelikelihoodofrecurrenceofarationsthereof,alsoreferredtoas‘symclosene’undertheinterinjuriousdumping.Inthisrespect,theapplicantpresentsnational
