4、pulationsintheUnitedStates,andsimilarout-P.A.R.,J.S.R.,W.J.B.,K.M.G.),andtheEpidemicIntelligenceService,Scientificbreakshavebeenreportedworldwide.TheoutbreakdescribedinthisreportoccurredEducationandProfessionalDevelopmentamongU.S.OrthodoxJewishcommunitiesduring2009and2010.ProgramOffice(A.A.),Cen
