1、电子政务档案管理系统毕业论文摘要电子政务档案管理系统是以公司电子政务信息系统为模型而开发设计的。该系统既便于管理员管理档案，也方便于借阅者借阅档案和查询档案信息。该系统主要实现对档案信息和借阅者信息的管理，用户通过使用用户名、密码，进入整个数据库的管理工作，以便及时更新数据库来满足读者的要求。其主要功能包括用户管理、机构管理、档案库管理、档案管理以及档案借阅归还等功能。课题主要采用自上而下的结构化程序设计方法与面向对象方法相结合的方法，研究和开发该系统。该系统运用了C#编程语言进行界面设计和代码设计，数据库设计使用SQLServer2000创建，
