2、程建设模式在国际和国内的发展历程，总结了工程总承包模式的特点，介绍了国际工程中常用的合同范本以及工程总承包模式下的合同范本。然后以FIDIC银皮书和AIA设计．施工合同范本为依托，采用其体条款对比分析的方法，总结滋工程总承包合同中的关键闽题和核心条款。最后对编制适合我国国情的工程总承包合同范本提_出了建议。本文的研究建立了工程总承包合同的功能模块框架，有助于对国际上先进的合同范本的系统比较和学习，可供编制符合我国冒情的工程总承包合同范本或编制采用工程总承包模式的某个具体工程项圈合网时参考。关键词：工程建设模式
