3、spectralregion200nmX'200,um.I.IntroductionFresnelreflectanceequationforR(X),i.e.,theCau-Theindexofrefractionn(X)andtheextinctionchyequation,then2providedvaluesforn(X).coefficientk(X)ofwaterare,respectively,therealZolotarevetal.in1989reportedvaluesfortheandimaginarypartsofitssp

4、ectralcomplexrefrac-opticalconstantsofwaterthroughoutthespectralregion1-106gm.Theydeterminedbothk(X)andtiveindexFi(X)=n(X)-ik(X),whereXisthewave-lengthofanelectromagneticwaveinvacuum.n(X)fromtheir0measurementsofa(X)andR(X)forThesephysicalparameterstogetherwiththecom-waterat25C

5、inthe2-50-gmregionandmeasure-plexFresnelequationsandthegeneralizedFresnelmentsofinternalreflectancespectrainthe2-10-gmequationsprovidethebasisforcomputingtheopticalregion.Theirmeasurementsandreliabledatafrompropertiesofwater.Inrecentyearsknowledgeofthirteenotherpapersinthescie
