4、因素及参数················。·······························价··········································⋯⋯2GB/T4796-2001前言本标准是对GB/T4796-1984的修订。本标准等同采用国际电工委员会IEC60721-1:1990(第2版)({环境条件分类第1部分:环境参数及其严酷程度》及其修改1:1992、修改2:1995,本标准与GB/T4796-1984主要有下列差异:a)本标准增加了前言、IEC前言和引用标准。b)第3章定义,本标准增加了“环境参数—environmentalpara
5、meter”和“环境参数群分类及其严酷程度分级—groupofenvironmentalparametersandseverities"ec)本标准则将湿度分为相对湿度和绝对湿度,并对不同的严酷程度进行分级。d)本标准把压力分为:空气压力:20,30,53,70,84,106,130kPa水压力:200,500,1000,5000,30000kPa,e)在GB/T4796-1984基础上本标准除了保留降雨强度分级外,补充了飘雪和冰雹的分类及其严酷程度分级。f)在GB/T4796-1984基础上本标准又增加了热辐射及其强度严酷程度的分级。g)在GB/T4796-1984基础上本标准除了完善二
6、氧化硫、硫化氢、氧化氮和臭氧等4种气体的严酷程度等级外,又增加了氨、氯、氯化氢、氟化氢等的严酷程度的分级。h)在GB/T4796-1984基础上本标准增加了悬浮尘埃的严酷程度的分级。i)本标准增加了发动机油、齿轮箱油、液压油等9种污染性液体的分类;而GB/T4796-1984则没有。j)对于机械条件,本标准还增加了外界碰撞能量(J)和角运动的分类及其严酷程度的分级。本标准根据修改2:1995,将电磁骚扰按磁场、电场、谐波、信号电压、电压和频率变化、感应电压和瞬变等分为7类,并在这7类的基础上进行了电磁骚扰严酷程度的分级。本标准与IEC60721-1:1990(第2版)的差异为:为与GB/T
7、4797《电工电子产品自然环境条件》和GB/T4798《电工电子产品应用环境条件》等系列标准的名称协调一致,本标准名称为《电工电子产品环境参数分类及其严酷程度分级》。本标准从实施之日起,同时代替GB/T4796-1984.本标准由国家机械工业局提出。本标准由全国电工电子产品环境条件与环境试验标准化技术委员会归口。本标准起草单位:广州电器科学研究所。本标准主要起草人:赵世杰、张永彬、陈洁。本标准委托全国电工电子产品环境条件
