3、e-beammapping.Geometricrelationsbetweennodesincentercorewireandhelicalwireswerededucedintensionandbendingincorporatingmaterialelasticitytheoryanddeformationgeometricalcompatibility.BasedonTimoshenkobeamtheory,strandofapitchlengthwasmodeledwithspecificmaterial,geometricparametersandsynthesizedcons

4、traintequationsdefinedinANSYSsoftware,andpredeterminedloadcaseswereperformed.TheobtainedresultsshowthatdiscrepanciesbetweensuggestedmethodandCostellotheorydonotexceed1.51%intensionand6.21%inbending,whichverifiesthecorrectnessandaccuracyofthesuggestedfiniteelementmodelinpredictingmechanicalbehavio
