4、loadsettingsincompletedynamicGTPsimulator.ThemodelingandsimulationhasbeendoneinDymola7.3,basedontheModelicaprogramminglanguage.Thegasturbineplantmodelisdevelopedoncomponent-orientedbasis.Thismeansthatthemodelisbuiltupbysmallermodelclasses.Withthismodelingapproach,themodelsbeco

5、meflexibleanduser-friendlyfordifferentplantoperationalmodes.Thecomponentmodelsofthemainsteady-statecompressorandturbinestageshavebeenintegratedwithgasplenummodelsforcapturingtheperformancedynamicsofthegasturbinepowerplant.Themethodofassemblyusedforgasturbineplantintegrationisb

6、asedonmodelsofthecomponentsfromanengineeringprocessscheme.Inordertoobtainanaccuratedescriptionofthegas-turbineworkingprinciple,eachcomponentisdescribedbyanon-linearsetofbothalgebraicandfirst-orderdifferentialequations.Thethesisprojectprovidesdescriptionsofthemathematicalequati

7、onsusedforcomponentmodelingandsimulation.Acompletedynamicsimulationofagas-turbineplanthasbeenperformedbyconnectingthecompleteplantmodelwithPIcontrollersforbothdesignandoff-designoperatingmodes.Furthermore,turbinebladecoolinghasbeenstudiedtoevaluatethechangesinpoweroutput.Thish
