2、ntationsorwarrantiesregardingtheuseofthisAgreement.Alandlordandtenantmaywishtoobtainindependentadviceregardingwhetherthisagreementsatisfiestheirownpersonalorbusinessneeds.Fortherentalofamanufacturedhomeandamanufacturedhomesiteunderasingletenancyagreement,usethis
3、agreementform.FortherentalofamanufacturedhomesiteusetheManufacturedHomeSiteTenancyAgreement.ThewordstenantandlandlordinthistenancyagreementhavethesamemeaningasintheResidentialTenancyAct(RTA),andthesingularofthesewordsincludestheplural.Inthistenancyagreement,thew
4、ordsresidentialpropertyhavethesamemeaningasintheRTA.Residentialpropertymeansabuilding,apartofabuildingorrelatedgroupofbuildings,inwhichoneormorerentalunitsorcommonareasarelocated;theparcelorparcelsonwhichthebuilding,relatedgroupofbuildingsorcommonareasarelocated
5、;therentalunitandcommonareasandanyotherstructurelocatedontheparcelorparcels.HOWTOCOMPLETETHISFORMELECTRONICALLY:IfyouareaccessingthisagreementformfromtheB.C.GovernmentWebsite,itcanbeprintedandcompletedbyhand(printclearly,usingdarkink)orfilledoutwhileatthecompute
