3、关政府部门依法批准可以从事技术开发和转让、技术咨询、投资咨询、经济贸易咨询、基础软件服务等业务。乙方现时及在木协议有效期内的任何时候所经营并发展的所有业务活动以下合称“主营业务”；PartyBisacompanyestablishedinChinawithexclusivelydomesticcapitalandispermittedtoengageintechnologydevelopmentandtransfer;technologyconsulting,investmentconsulting,economictradeconsulting,basicsoftwareserv
4、icesandotherbusinessesbytherelevantPRCgovernmentauthorities・ThebusinessesconductedbyPartyBcurrentlyandanytimeduringthetermofthisAgreementarecollectivelyreferredtoasthe“PrincipalBusiness”;甲方同意利用其技术、人员和信息优势，在本协议期间向乙方提供有关主营业务的独家技术支持、咨询和其他服务，乙方同意接受甲方或其指定方按本协议条款的规定提供的各种服务。PartyAiswillingtoprovidePa
