2、ofpipingmaterials.该文件规定了管道材料标识方面的要求。2.Markingmethod(标识方法)2.1Requiredmarkingsshallbeappliedtodistinguishakindofmaterial,size,thicknessect.ofpipingmaterialsbystencil,paintingorhardstamping,however,thefollowinglimitationsapply.更求以卬制图案、油漆或加盏钢卬方法制成的标识，能够区分管道材料的

3、种类、规格、壁厚等，此外还要满足以下限制条件：(1)Hardstampingshallonlybeappliedusingnlow-streeH(rounded)typediestamps.Hardstampingshallnotbeusedonstainlesssteelpipeorbuttweldfittings.压制钢印只能采用低应力形式的压模，不锈钢钢管或对焊管件不能压制钢印。(2)Inkstampedmarksshallbemadeonsuitablypreparedareasandsuchmar

4、ksshallbeproteectedbyclearvarnish.在准备好的合适区域加墨水喷码并用清漆保护。(3)Anyhardstampimgorinkstampedmarkingsaretobehighlightedbyencirclingwithawhitepaintedcircle,exceptwheresuchmarksarecontinuousoverthemajorportionoftheitem.钢印或墨水喷码在部件上主耍区域如果不是连续的，一定要川口色漆环作出显著标记。(4)Anypai

5、ntsjnksorvamishshallbedurableandmarksshallbecapableofremaininglegibleatleasttwoyearsfromdeliverysubjecttoweather,marineatmosphereandhandling.Suchmarkingmaterialsshallnotbeinjurioustotheitembeingmarkedandinparticular,shallbesulphur-freeandnotcontainAntimony

6、,Arsenic,Copper,Lead,Mercury,Sodium,VanadiumorZincinindividualconcentrationsgreaterthan0.3%byweightinthedryfilm图案、墨水喷码或清漆须经久耐用，无论运输、加丁过程或受天气条件影响，要求2年内能够保持清晰。标识材料不能对部件冇损害，一般来说，不能含冇硫、怫、仲、铜、铅、汞、钠、矶或质量含量超过0.3%的锌。2.2Todistinguishthematerial,size,thicknessect.di
